Stefen Bosworth

Director of Operations Stefen Bosworth brings a lifetime of experience to AMDP (Arnie Morton’s Daughter’s Place), with a career shaped as much by instinct as it is by discipline. Instrumental in opening The Barn Steakhouse’s flagship Evanston location (2016), he has since helped shape the evolution of the group alongside restaurateur Amy Morton, ensuring each concept aligns service, setting and menu into a cohesive, lived-in experience.

Bosworth’s strength lies in his ability to connect the guest experience with the business behind it. With a background that spans both front- and back-of-house, including time spent as a chef and building a Wine Spectator–recognized beverage program, he brings a rare, full-spectrum perspective. His approach pairs strong business acumen with a hands-on presence on the floor, shaping dining rooms that draw people in and keep them coming back.

Originally from Seattle, Bosworth moved to Chicago in 2002, where he served as General Manager and Wine Buyer at the legendary Lawry’s The Prime Rib before joining Morton in 2013 at Found Kitchen & Social House (2012–2022). Today, his work reflects decades in fine dining, maintaining high standards of service while folding in a casual, welcoming nature that has come to define the AMDP experience.
